In this class we will review the changes to the TREC and Texas Realtors contracts and the way we now do business post NAR Lawsuit Settlement. We will cover the most recent contracts that cover most forms Realtors use in Residential Real Estate. We will discuss the new advertising rules, and how to obtain the information needed to negotiate compensation for buyer/seller/tenant agents. We will also review buyers’ representation and when an agreement is needed.
