In order to receive services at the Community Care Clinic, one must; * Be between the ages of 18 - 64 * Live or Work in Dare County * Have NO Health Insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid * Have income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (if living in Dare County) * Have income at or below 225% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (if working in Dare County and living in another county) * Have less than $3,000 cash on hand or in any bank accounts * Have household income less than limits set for in clinic guidelines
