Details:
Austin Aspires invites families to participate in the "Dig Into Reading Together" series, a free 5-week family literacy program designed for caregivers and children ages 0-9. Using the Families READ Toolkit developed by the Minnesota Department of Education, this initiative aims to foster joyful reading habits, strengthen literacy skills, and enhance connections through stories and hands-on learning. Sessions will be held at the Austin Public Library on Tuesdays in June 2026, with two convenient time slots: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM. Participants will also practice techniques to help children read smoothly and enjoy reading aloud. Join us for this engaging opportunity to delve into the world of reading together!
