Class Description
DRIP X PUMP Fusion
Open to all levels, DRIP X PUMP is a fusion of drip’s signature beat-driven vinyasa flow and high-energy strength training designed to make you move, sweat, and feel powerful. This format combines the yoga we love with the strength training we crave, blending dynamic sequencing, bodyweight strength work, and cardio-driven intensity into one immersive experience.
Throughout class, your instructor will guide you through several vinyasa-style sequences repeated three times. The first round slows things down to break down alignment, posture benefits, and movement patterns. The second and third rounds build intensity as you link breath to movement at a quicker pace while layering in sculpt-inspired bodyweight strength intervals and athletic cardio bursts designed to elevate your heart rate and leave your muscles shaking in the best way.
This class utilizes all four corners of your mat and is driven by the beat of the music to create an energizing, full-body experience that feels equally grounding and powerful. The room stays dark to create privacy and allow you to move inward while the music bumps to fuel the vibe from start to finish.
