FREAKY FRIDAY is Disneys wildly entertaining musical comedy that follows an overworked mother and her rebellious teenage daughter as they magically swap places for a day. Katherine and Ellie struggle to navigate the others life, facing a series of hilarious challenges, while gaining a deeper understanding of the unique struggles that come with their different generations. This beloved classic is reimagined as a contemporary fairy tale, featuring a witty new book by Bridget Carpenter (Friday Night Lights, Parenthood) and an electrifying pop/rock score by Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning composers Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey (Next to Normal, If/Then).
