Bobcat Student Orientation (BSO) is an essential event for new undergraduate students at the Athens campus, running from May 27, 2026, to July 7, 2026. Incoming students are required to attend and can choose specific dates when they sign up. For more information and to register, please visit www.ohio.edu/orientation. Additionally, returning students can participate in the Room Change Process, which opens on April 1 at 9 a.m. and closes on July 31 at 12 p.m. This process allows students to select available spaces as they open up due to transfers, withdrawals, or room changes, and is conducted individually without roommate groups.
