Reiki I is your foundation — the day you receive your Reiki I Placement and officially open your channel to Reiki energy. From that moment forward, you can offer Reiki to yourself, the people you love, and even your animals.
This is a small, hands-on class. We spend the day learning, practicing, and actually feeling the energy — not just talking about it.
Your Reiki experience and Placement will take place in the Himalayan salt room at Marc of Healing — a deeply supportive environment that enhances relaxation, purifies the air, and creates the perfect conditions for healing and energetic opening.

What Reiki is, how it works, and what it can be used for
The Reiki Ideals and the foundation of ethical practice
Your Reiki I Placement — the moment your healing channel opens
Hands-on practice: giving and receiving Reiki with partners
Byosen Scanning — using your intuition to sense energy in the body
The standard full-body session for treating others (all hand positions)
Kenyoku — a Japanese technique for clearing your own energy field
Self-treatment — how to give yourself Reiki every day
The Hayashi Healing Guide, client intake forms, and the basics of working with others
The Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice
You'll leave with your Reiki I certification and the confidence to actually use it.
