The Harbor-Topky Memorial Library, established in May 1924, is a public library serving the Ashtabula Harbor community. It offers a wide range of services including lending books for all ages, an extensive DVD collection, and access to over 10 million items through its ClevNet affiliation. The library also features a Local History Room with rare titles and memorabilia, public computers with internet access and free Wi-Fi, and various year-round programming for preschoolers and adults. Additionally, it lends pickleball and tennis equipment and provides outreach services for homebound seniors. Known as "the friendly library by the lake," it emphasizes service to the public and schools, maintaining ties with Harbor High School.
