Summer Reading Sketchbooks

Join the Conneaut Public Library this summer for two exciting creative events themed "Where Every Page is Magic"! From June 1st to August 1st, participate in the Disney-inspired Bookmark Contest by designing your own magical bookmark using provided templates, with community voting from August 3rd to 8th and winners announced on August 10th. Three winners—one each from Youth, Teen, and Adult categories—will receive a $25 gift card, and their designs will be professionally printed for library patrons. Additionally, from June 11th to July 24th, you can engage in the Summer Reading Sketchbook project by checking out one of three sketchbooks and a bundle of colored pencils to create your unique art. For every completed sketch, you'll earn an entry into a drawing for a prize at the end of Summer Reading. You can also participate in the Mini Canvas Art Contest by picking up supplies from June 11th through July 10th and submitting your canvas masterpiece by July 13th, with voting from July 13th to 24th and winners revealed on July 24th.
