Join us for Doundou Stick Drum class with LEAF Resident Teaching Artist and Culture Keeper Adama Dembele. Open to all ages, this class is a chance to learn powerful rhythms, build skills, and experience the deep cultural roots of West African drumming.
Adama Dembele, a 33rd generation musician from Ivory Coast, brings over a decade of experience as a LEAF culture keeper—sharing not just technique, but history, connection, and the spirit of the music.
