The ABLE Act of 2014 was created to help people with disabilities and their families. Nick Stavropoulos from Wintrust Investments will discuss the key features of an ABLE account (Achieving a Better Life Experience Account); a tax-advantaged savings account designed to help people with disabilities without affecting their eligibility for critical public benefits like SSI (Supplemental Security Income) and Medicaid.
