Adult Summer Reading Program

Join us this summer in celebrating America's 250th birthday with our Adult Summer Reading Program, highlighting the freedom to read. From June 1 to August 31, participate in the "I Can Bike There! Summer Challenge" in collaboration with the Friends of Cycling in Elk Grove, where you can enjoy biking adventures and enter for a chance to win a gift card. Additionally, engage in the "History Hunters Seek and Find" event, a fun seek-and-find activity that tests your observation skills, earning you a raffle ticket for a Squishmallow Bald Eagle. Kids from birth through 8th grade are invited to "Unearth A Story" as part of our Youth Services Summer Reading program, promoting a love for reading and exploration all season long!
