Join us for a Mosaic Mirror Workshop with Linda Panulla on Friday, August 14, from 12 PM to 4 PM, suitable for all skill levels! In this hands-on class, participants will learn basic mosaic techniques and create a decorative piece of art using a 12" substrate with an 8" mirror. Students will embellish the 2" border with glass, tile, and other materials provided by the instructor. Feel free to bring any personal jewelry or special items to enhance your mirror.
Linda Panulla, a talented local mosaic artist known for her whimsical and fine art creations, teaches at various venues including the John C Campbell Folk School. She has the honor of being the first mosaic artist to exhibit at the NC Arboretum, where her permanent installation, “Nature’s Throne,” resides.
