Join the Soyul Gayageum Orchestra for a celebration of Korean heritage as they showcase the enchanting sounds of the Gayageum, a traditional Korean string instrument. Founded in 2008, this orchestra features approximately thirty members, ranging from elementary students to adults, who aim to introduce the beauty of the Gayageum to a wider audience through their performances at various concerts and festivals. Notably, they have received multiple awards in competitions, including the New York Korean Traditional Music Competition and had the honor of performing at Carnegie Hall in 2022. Come and enjoy an immersive experience in Korean culture through music!
