FREE: Creating a Crevice Garden

Join the Jefferson County Master Gardeners for a dynamic presentation and crevice garden tour. Participants will learn about how Master Gardeners created crevice gardens in the award-winning Plant Select demonstration garden. In 2024, the rocks and hardscape for the crevice garden were built, and throughout the following seasons, the volunteers have adjusted and added Plant Select plants to the crevice garden. In this class, you will learn the process of creating a crevice garden - from design and building to completion. The Plant Select brand exists as a collaboration between CSU, Denver Botanic Gardens, and horticulture industry leaders to develop plants designed to thrive in the arid high plains and intermountain regions of the West. This event is free, but requires registration.
