Return to Yourself: A Somatic Breathwork Journey with Jean Marie Pfeifer | Soul Synergy

A 90-minute in-person guided breathwork experience for anyone ready to feel more alive, present, and at home in their body.
Through guided somatic breathwork, music, and gentle facilitation, this session creates space for the body to release what it has been holding — tension, stress, emotion, and the heaviness of simply trying to keep up with life.
This is trauma-informed, gentle work. No previous breathwork experience is needed. You’ll be guided every step of the way, always at your own pace, with full permission to move, rest, or simply breathe.
What to expect:
Grounding and orientation to begin
A guided three-part breathing technique to move energy through the body
Time for stillness and integration
Space to reflect and reconnect afterward

Jean Marie Pfeifer is a somatic breathwork guide and founder of Soul Synergy. Her work is rooted in lived experience and trauma-informed training, helping people come home to their bodies and reconnect with a sense of aliveness, freedom, and peace.
