Audiobook Walking Club at Terra Park

Grab your audiobook and hit the trails! Walks depart from the parking lot at 8 am and last approximately 2 miles or 45 minutes. The trail is a loop, so you’re welcome to join or leave at any time. Please bring water, wear comfortable shoes, and dress for the weather. Participants must sign a liability waiver before each session. Registration is recommended, but not required. Register once for each park to receive reminders and updates throughout the summer. Weather-related cancellations (i.e. thunder, lightning, or extreme heat activating the Polk County Extreme Temperature Plan) will be sent by email. All ages are welcome, but children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please leave pets at home. Can't make it today? Join the Urbandale Public Library on Mondays at 8am or the Grimes Public Library on Wednesdays at 8am.
