Muncie Children's Museum delights visitors with immersive hands-on exhibits that spark creativity and imaginative play. Established in 1975 to fulfill a community need for a child-centric learning facility, it opened its doors in 1977. After outgrowing its original space, the museum relocated in 1996 to a larger venue at the Horizon Convention Center, tripling its size. With ongoing support from local businesses and the community, the museum has thrived for over 40 years, continuing to provide educational and entertaining experiences for children across East Central Indiana.
