Details:
Learn all about growing mushrooms for the kitchen or your medicine cabinet. In this interactive class, participants will first learn about the role of fungi in nature, their diversity and farming history from Far North Fungi experts. Then, in a mobile “lab” set up, registrants will get hands-on and create their own mushroom kit to take home.
