TOURNAMENT DETAILS: Format: Core (Constructed) Deck Registration is required; You can submit a deck online OR fill out a paper form. Rounds: 55 minutes, best of three games (Top Cut matches are untimed) Structure: Swiss Rounds (5 or 6, depending on attendance) and Top Cut! Top Cut play will now depend on Swiss Round ranking. Player Cap: 38; Entry is $15
