Learn to Sculpt Butter with Sarah Pratt!

We’re gearing up for the state fair with a very special guest!Join Sarah Pratt, the Iowa State Fair’s butter sculptor, to learn about the art of sculpting the famous butter cow. Sarah will share her process and teach you how to sculpt your own butter creation. Each participant will receive a stick of butter to sculpt and can choose to take their masterpiece home or give it to Sarah to mix into this year’s sculpture. This year, Sarah has added some new elements to the program and will be bringing some of her other art to sell, so even if you've attended before, there will be something new to learn!Registration is required, and space is limited.
