1. **Mammals: Conservation Kids: Bison Are the Best!** (For ages 7-12) - On a date to be announced, join one of our naturalists to learn about the American bison, Missouri's largest native animal. Discover fun facts about bison and learn how Native Americans utilized them. Parents are welcome, and accommodations can be arranged if needed.
2. **Conservation Day at New Home Baptist Church** (For ages 5-18, on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 10 AM - 2 PM) - Participate in a "Community Conservation Day for Kids" featuring archery, BB gun target shooting, primitive fire-starting, and fish casting with the "Backyard Bass" game. This event offers hands-on activities, a noon meal provided for registered youth, and is designed for youth with little to no experience in these skills. Registration is required for up to 40 participants.
3. **Little Acorns: Trilling Treefrogs** (For ages 3 to 6) - Dive into the fascinating world of treefrogs as you learn about their climbing, camouflage, and captivating calls. Enjoy crafts, movement, and fun activities that bring these amphibians to life. Registration is necessary.
