2026 Youth Camps: Dance

Join us for the 2026 Dallas Cowboys Youth Camps at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, where young athletes ages 6-16 can participate in two exciting programs: Football Camp and Dance Camp. The Football Camp, running from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, provides lessons in teamwork, dedication, and character development, led by former NFL players. The Dance Camp, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, emphasizes technical dance skills, positive self-esteem, and core values through personalized coaching from current Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
