Did you know? For a whole blood donation, about one pint of blood is donated and separated into its three components: plasma, platelets and red blood cells. The value of a whole blood donation is that you help save three lives! Join us for our blood drive on Monday, June 29th from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm in the Aldine Library Meeting Room. Let our staff know whether you're donating on behalf of local Fire or Police departments. Appointments are preferred but walk-ins are welcome. Sign up at Commit for Life .
