On Saturday, June 27th, the businesses lining the downtown portion of Portage Trail are throwing open their doors for Pride on Portage — a joyful, LGBTQ+ Pride celebration honoring the diverse, vibrant community that makes Cuyahoga Falls the special place it is. Neighboring downtown businesses will be joining in too, making this a true neighborhood-wide declaration that in this community, everyone belongs.
Whether you're a member of the LGBTQ+ community, an ally, a longtime local, or someone discovering downtown Cuyahoga Falls for the first time — there is a place for you here, and we are so glad you came. Come out, come proud, and come ready to celebrate.

Need a moment to rest your feet, soak up the sunshine, and connect with your community? Pull up a patch of grass at the Picnic at Pride on Portage — a relaxed, come-and-go community picnic happening all day long on the beautiful green space nestled between St. John's Episcopal, First United Methodist, and First Christian Churches, between 2nd and 3rd Street. Pack your own brown bag or picnic basket and make yourself at home — free bottled water and snack bags will be available on-site for all who stop by. It's the perfect place to slow down, make new friends, and take in everything that makes this community so wonderfully, beautifully ours.
