2026 Youth Camps: Dance

Join the 2026 Dallas Cowboys Youth Camps, designed for athletes ages 6-16, taking place at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco. Participants can choose between two enriching programs: the Football Camp and the Dance Camp. The Football Camp focuses on essential lessons in teamwork, dedication, and character development through engaging coaching, running from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. Campers will receive a T-shirt, a medal, lunch, and a photo taken by America's Best Event Photography. The Dance Camp, led by current Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, emphasizes the development of technical skills, positive self-esteem, and core values, operating from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Registration for the Dance Camp includes personalized instruction, pom-poms, a T-shirt, a medal, lunch, and a photo opportunity. Both camps promise an educational and memorable experience for all participants.
