2026 Youth Camps: Dance

Join the 2026 Dallas Cowboys Youth Camps at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, where young athletes ages 6-16 can participate in either Football or Dance Camps. The Football Camps prioritize lessons in teamwork, dedication, and character, offering an educational and memorable experience with coaching from former NFL players. Participants will enjoy daily activities from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, receive a T-shirt and medal, enjoy lunch, and have a professional photo taken by America's Best Event Photography. Meanwhile, the Dance Camps focus on technical skills, positive self-esteem, and strong core values, guided by current Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. This is an excellent opportunity for both skill-building and personal growth in a fun and supportive environment!
