Join the author of Women of Courage and Conviction, Newton writer Dorothy Anger,
along with three of the book’s Newton women, as they share stories of their
extraordinary lives. Hear about their journeys growing up in Argentina during the Peron
regime, as Jews under Nazi rule, walking for peace in the Vietnam War era, and
becoming a global leader in women’s reproductive health.
This program is free for Historic Newton and Newton at Home members; $5 for general
admission.
