Audie Hanks and Michael Stutes, owners of Allons Mange’, started their journey to this exciting moment years ago when Mikey, as a teenager, worked for Audie’s company, H&H Electrical Service. Their bond has grown into a lasting friendship, which ultimately led to this shared dream of creating a restaurant where Cajun culture, family, and rich and flavorful cuisine can come together.
