Join us for a special complimentary Pilates class as we celebrate our 8th anniversary as a studio and our nation's **250th birthday!
This full-body Pilates experience incorporates a variety of props to add support, challenge, and fun to your practice. Using tools such as Pilates balls, resistance bands, rings, light weights, and other equipment, you'll explore movement patterns that build strength, improve mobility, and enhance body awareness.
Props can help us better understand movement, deepen mind-body connection, and create opportunities to both challenge and support the body in unique ways. Whether you're newer to Pilates or a regular participant, this class offers something for everyone.
