Join us for a unique Reformer Pilates experience as we celebrate our 8th studio anniversary and our nation's 250th birthday!
In this special 30-minute class, we'll take away the springs and discover what happens when the body becomes the primary source of stability, control, and strength. Without spring assistance, even familiar exercises can feel completely different, challenging balance, precision, coordination, and body awareness in new ways.
Designed as a beginner progression-level class, No Springs Reformer encourages participants to move slowly and intentionally while developing a deeper understanding of core engagement, alignment, and control. You'll learn to rely less on momentum and more on mindful movement, creating a powerful mind-body connection.
