Join us for an invigorating fitness experience with our Bootcamp Express and Cycle Express (Unplugged) classes! Bootcamp Express offers a 30-minute full-body workout that gets your heart racing and engages major muscle groups using a variety of weights and props. Please wear sneakers and meet us in suite 105.
Following that, join our Cycle Express (Unplugged) for a 30-minute indoor cycling session designed for all experience levels, where you can modify your workout as needed. In this class, we focus on the experience without using a leaderboard—no stats will be recorded, and bike selection is first-come, first-served. Arrive early to set up your bike and get ready for a fun, motivating ride!
